Client Services Representative III (Technical Advisor) - Englewood, CO
The Client Services Representative (CSR) serves as a technical advisor representative with emphasis on service, support and sales of Hands-On Labs (HOL) to secondary/post secondary institutions in a specific territory. The CSR focuses on more technical and complex client needs building/maintaining relationships with existing clients of institutional faculty or staff to position HOL's products and solutions within the lab sciences departments. The CSR will service existing clients with pre-established annual revenue targets and coordinate activities with the Academic Relations Representative (ARR) assigned to those accounts.  CSRs and ARRs work towards the achievement of maximum revenue and profitability growth to meet Hands-On Lab annual targets through product adoption and product expansion within Institutions.
