Rochelle Snyder has fulfilled staffing needs in the profit and non-profit business world for the past 22 years. She has worked with companies and organizations throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area and has cultivated successful relationships with organizations throughout the United States.

Ms. Snyder is a results oriented self-starter with experience assembling highly motivated teams of employees who are goal driven and determined to make a profit while maintaining successful customer relationships.

Excellent interpersonal skills have allowed Ms. Snyder to build solid working relationships with internal employees as well as customers. She is a nationally recognized leader in her field and has been the recipient of numerous sales and management awards for outstanding performance.

She is knowledgeable and experienced in numerous business disciplines including staff recruitment and training, sales and operations management, project planning and implementation, financial reporting and customer service and support. She has presented to numerous industry groups on issues including “Recruiting and Keeping the Best Staff” and “Pleasing Customers While Maximizing Your Profits”.

She currently serves as Director of Recruitment for TalenTrust LLC, a Colorado based recruiting solutions firm which is considered by many to be one of the emerging recruiting solutions firms in the Mountain and New England regions.

She is a graduate of Rowan University and is currently serving on the Board of Directors, Valley Forge National Park Museum Stores.
